We proudly serve Greater San Diego County. If you live on the outskirts of our service area or even beyond, we might be able to make special arrangements for a service, though it may incur a travel fee.

The domestic workers bring their own supplies and equipment. However, you are welcome to provide your own if desired. We recommend working that out directly with your housekeeper.

Personnel Services significantly reduce the cost of a house cleaning for the consumer, while maximizing the income of the domestic worker. This beautiful combination of factors helps reduce the underground economy. It’s a victory for the consumer, domestic worker, and the personnel service. Personnel Services work with domestic workers that choose to work with an “agent” to add jobs to their schedule and subsequently increase their income. The Personnel Service issues the domestic worker a 1099-MISC at year-end. Truth be told, without Personnel Services and Referral Agencies, many domestics would likely work for cash as so-called ‘private workers’ and increase the presence of the underground economy.  The best part is, the domestics are responsible for their work, ensuring there is greater accountability for the services provided. Customers tell us the quality of independent domestics is significantly higher than those of “employed” workers.

We have created a simple, honest, and transparent pricing model for our clients. Every service is charged hourly with a minimum of 3 hours. Supplies and equipment cost a little extra, as does service on weekends and holidays. Because your housekeeper is an independent domestic professional, please know that they reserve the right to negotiate the rate for any job. This can happen when the job requires greater time, effort, or supplies than originally anticipated or bargained for.

Every domestic worker in our registry is background-checked, experience-checked, and reference-checked.

We offer a full refund if you cancel your service with at least 3 days notice. However, for cancellations with less than 3 days notice, we do assess a $40 fee. Your domestic worker is going to provide the best possible service they can. As such, we recommend taking a few minutes to conduct a walk-through with them before they leave to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work. There are no refunds after a service has been completed.
