Referral Agency / Personnel Service
By booking a service with Any Day Maids, you understand and acknowledge that Any Day Maids is a referral service, and the domestic workers that service your home are not the employees of our Personnel Service. We connect those seeking domestic services with those providing domestic services.
Cancellations
We understand “life” happens and that sometimes a confirmed service must be canceled. We request cancellations and schedule changes be made with at least 48 hours before the service date. Cancellations made with less than 2 days notice incur a $50 fee.
Agreement to Pay / Preauthorization
By booking a service with Any Day Maids, you agree to pay for services rendered. Your credit card is preauthorized prior to the service date and payment is fully captured on the day of service. You agree not to chargeback any fees for services rendered. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid 30 days from the date of invoice via collection agencies and/or Small Claims Court. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional and/or court costs.
Satisfaction
We encourage you to meet with your housekeeper before each service to ensure both parties are clear on the houecleaning requirements. Just as important, please inspect the work done before the housekeeper leaves the property. If you are not present or available to inspect the work upon completion of the service, you agree that the service was performed 100% to your satisfaction.
Laundry
The housekeepers referred by Any Day Maids are not responsible for any damage related to laundry-related tasks.
Accessing Your Home / Lockouts
You agree to provide access to your property for the housekeeper. If the housekeeper is unable to access the property, Any Day Maids will assess a lockout fee of $50.
Fees / Renegotiation
The fees for domestic services provided on our website is based on current market rates and the assumption that your home is in “average” cleaning condition. The domestic worker referred to your home reserves every right to renegotiate the fees based on his/her assessment of the job.
Type of Service
Any Day Maids Personnel Service focuses solely on referring cleaners for general domestic help. If you require a vacancy cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or any type of deep house cleaning, we encourage you contact our sister agency, Weekend Maids.
Required Disclosure
By booking a service with Any Day Maids, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclosure: Any Day Maids Personnel Service is not the employer of the domestic worker it referred to you. The domestic worker may be your employee or an independent contractor depending on the relationship you have with him or her. If you direct and control the manner and means by which the domestic worker performs his or her work you may have employer responsibilities, including employment taxes and workers’ compensation, under state and federal law. For additional information contact your local Employment Development Department and the Internal Revenue Service.
Privacy
Any Day Maids does not sell or lease any customer data whatsoever. In order to arrange for your requested service, we will provide your address and phone number to the domestic worker.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Any Day Maids’ web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Any Day Maids does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Any Day Maids may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Any Day Maids does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
